How we are regulated?

We are regulated by the Office of Scottish Charities Regulator SC012866 (OSCR) and inspected by The Care Inspectorate.

We are a Registered Charity and a company limited by guarantee (376809).

We have a Board of Directors which is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the organisation. They are the Trustees of the charity.
